Lawyers Sponsoring Table Tennis Tournament for Charity

At Taylor & Waldrop, we understand the importance of a good table tennis match—that is, when it’s being played for a good cause! Our St. Augustine, Florida criminal defense law firm is sponsoring and participating in the “Have a Heart for Hope” Fourth Annual All American Air Table Tennis Classic, which will raise money for multiple nonprofit organizations that benefit residents of the local area. Those organizations include Good Samaritan Health Centers’ Wildflower Clinic, The PLAYERS Championship Boys & Girls Club in St. Augustine and the Emergency Services & Homeless Coalition of St. Johns County.

Individuals attending the Feb. 9 event will be able to participate in various festivities, which include three divisions of tournament play (4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.), as well as cocktails, dinner and dancing (6:30 p.m. to midnight). The fundraiser will take place at The River House, located at 179 Marine St. in St. Augustine.

The beneficiaries of the table tennis tournament event aren’t the only ones AAACF assists. The foundation uses a number of fundraiser events to provide much-needed financial support for many different groups throughout the community. It has invested in causes such as teaching disabled children job skills and providing hospice care services to the community, among other causes, according to the foundation’s website. Only groups that are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations can be selected by the foundation board for financial support.

AAACF is an organization that makes a positive impact on the St. Augustine community, and we are proud to lend a helping hand in this foundation’s admirable efforts. We care about our community and hope others will also be willing to participate in the All American Air Table Tennis Classic. Those who are interested in purchasing tickets can do so at the All American Air Charitable Foundation’s website.
